Prior to his work at the Proven Method, Erik ran a successful landscape design and contracting company, where he has extensive experience in business development, sales, marketing and sustainable development. He also has years of IT experience under his belt in quality assurance management and software development where he worked on large database -driven information management web applications (Digital Campaigns, Liquid Audio). Erik holds a BS in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from University of California at Davis, and is on the board of directors for The Confluence Fund (www.confluencefund.org). Personal interests include backcountry adventures on foot/skis/rafts, song writing & musical performance, and travel with friends and family. Erik lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and growing family of nature lovers.

Laura acts as a Service Technology Broker providing support to our clients as a Recruiter and Account Manager. She is responsible for all facets of the staffing life-cycle including recruiting top talent and developing strategic business partnerships. Prior to joining The Proven Method, Laura was with a competitor for over six years acting as a Strategic Account Manager and Regional Recruiting Team Lead. Laura holds a BS in Business Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. Laura also enjoys volunteering for multiple organizations, staying active by playing tennis, running, traveling, and entertaining. Her passion in life is to make a difference in other’s lives.
